contact lens) you purchased for
any reason, you may return the product(not include
contact lens) for a prompt refund. If you
choose to return an item, you must call
efamilyvision.com at
1-718-762-8782 within 30 days from the date you received the
product for return instructions. Unless the return is based on a

efamilyvision.com error, we cannot refund shipping charges.

How to Return a Product(not include
contact lens)


First send an e-mail to: service@efamilyvision.com with your order
number, a product description and a brief explanation. You may
also Call the Customer Service Department  at 1-718-762-8782.
Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number before  you return the product. When you call
Customer Service, please have your order number available.

Write the
RMA number on the original shipping label. Include
one
RMA per box. RMAs are valid only 30 days from
issuance.


Mail the product back to the address provided to you by the
Customer Service Representative. Your return/exchange will be
processed within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of the item.


Please remember that no returns will be accepted without an
RMA
number, and all
RMAs must be requested within 30 days of the date
the product was received. Please keep all packaging, manuals, and
packing list until you are sure that you are happy with the
product(s) you have purchased
